Marla Rebeca Henry
Marla is a bilingual, CPAM-registered physiotherapist with over 12 years of experience. She trained in Colombia and is currently a valued member of the Cayman Rehab Services team. Marla offers a wide range of services, including physiotherapy at home, acupuncture, stroke rehabilitation, geriatric physical rehabilitation, lymphatic drainage, hands-on physiotherapy, and sports injury rehabilitation, among many others.


Dr. Shenelle Staple
Dr. Staple has been a dedicated member of our staff since 2015. She completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of the West Indies before earning her doctorate from Utica College in New York. Dr. Staple is highly trained in orthopedic care, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, and neurological rehabilitation. With experience in both acute and chronic care, Dr. Staple has a special passion for working with the elderly and children, offering home-based physiotherapy services for both convenience and necessity. She provides a wide range of physiotherapy services, including acupuncture, sports therapy, cupping, kinesiotaping, exercise training, customized orthotic assessments, and fitness assessments. Dr. Staple takes a client-centered approach to treatment, ensuring each patient receives the care they need for a complete recovery. Her expertise includes orthopedic care, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, and neurological rehabilitation. Dr. Staple holds qualifications as a Registered Physiotherapist (RPT) and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).

Monique Tabb
Born and raised in the vibrant Montego Bay, Jamaica, she proudly earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of the West Indies in 2018. Her career spans across various public and private hospitals and clinics in Jamaica, where she has worked in diverse settings, from ICU and NICU to on-field rehab, serving individuals of all ages, from newborns to seniors over 100 years old. Her passion for physiotherapy led her to the beautiful shores of Trinidad and Tobago, where she not only practiced her craft but also embraced the rich culture around her. During her time in Trinidad, she enhanced her skills through aqua physiotherapy and obtained certifications in acupuncture, pelvic floor assessment and treatment, and sports physical therapy. "It never gets old seeing patients thrive through their rehab journey toward better health and well-being, and walking alongside them is truly awe-inspiring. My passion for my career, my patients, and my community is to educate, motivate, and elevate." She looks forward to continuing her mission of providing exceptional service to the people of Cayman.


Shevaun Boothe
Shevaun graduated with a B.Sc. in physical therapy in Jamaica from the University of the West Indies in 2019. Following this, he worked with the South East Regional Health Authority where he rotated through a myriad of different specialties. In addition to this, he has worked with a variety of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries in the Cayman Islands since 2022. Shevaun has a passion for sports rehabilitation. To further this he is currently pursuing a Diploma in Football Medicine. Additionally, he is actively involved with the Cayman Islands Football Association and Cayman Islands Referee Association as one of their physiotherapists. He is a firm believer that effective physiotherapy establishes a partnership between the therapist, patient, and their families. Therefore, patients’ wants and needs are to be respected; and patients have the necessary education and support they need to make decisions and participate in their care. Some of the treatment modalities he employs are manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, pain neuroscience education, and exercise therapy. Shevaun looks forward to continuing to share his knowledge and medical expertise with you the people of the Cayman Islands. Alexis Peria
Medical assistant Alexis Peria is from Philippines. She graduated with Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree year 2008 and was registered the same year. She is currently the medical assistant, laser technician and one of the front line staff of Cayman Rehab Services.



Kirah Victoria Chow James
Born in San Andrés Island, Colombia, She graduated from the Atenea Institute in Medellin, Colombia, with a degree in comprehensive cosmetology. Specializing in massage and skin care, with three years of experience. Her passion is ensuring the well-being of the community by providing excellent service.
